Livestock:
- Milk – 34 million litres, for Europe’s leading dairy manufacturers.
- Beef – 500,000 kg live weight for domestic consumption and exports.
Specialist Potatoes, Vegetables and Fruit:
- Potatoes – 70,000 tonnes for chips (crisps), french fries, and fresh for the table.
- Onions – 20,000 tonnes, brown skinned and reds, pickles, shallots and eschallons.
- Beetroot – fresh for the table, and for Europe’s leading manufacturers.
- Seed potatoes – for our own production and many other leading growers.
- First Year Onion Sets - for our own production and many other leading growers.
- Fruit – Apples, plums, cherries and gooseberries from our own orchards.
