Formerly Managing Partner of BDO Binder in Warsaw. He joined the board of Farmwealth in 1998 and the board of Spearhead International in 2001. He was Chief Executive of Top Farms Group and Chief Operating Officer of the Central European region until 2016 when he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Spearhead. He was a lecturer at the Poznan Agricultural Faculty, and attended the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, University of Navarra.
Formerly Vice President of Finance of EMEA for Teleflex, Head of Finance for British Airways Engineering, European Group Controller for Georgia-Pacific, and Audit Manager at KPMG. Oskar is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He was appointed CFO and joined the Spearhead International board in 2008.

Formerly Chief Operating Officer of Swiss agricultural chemicals group Syngenta. Previously he served as CEO of Novartis Crop Protection and general manager of Sandoz Agro France and Northern Europe. He is an Operating Director of Paine Schwartz Partners. Appointed Non-Executive Chairman in 2015.
Chairman and a founding Partner of Paine Schwartz Partners. He has over 25 years of investment experience in the food and agribusiness sectors. Joined the Board in 2015.
Dr Buckeridge has more than 25 years of management experience in the life science and agribusiness industries. He was previously CEO of Advanta, the largest independent agronomic seed business in the world at the time. He is a Partner at Paine Schwartz Partners and joined the Board in 2015.
Formerly with McKinsey & Company, specialising within the agriculture and life sciences sectors. Prior to joining McKinsey, Dr Kern spent three years as a post-doctoral scholar at Stanford University. He is a Principal of Paine Schwartz Partners and joined the Board in 2017.
Formerly CEO of Spearhead International and Greens of Soham, he was previously general manager of G’s Marketing. He joined the Board of Farmwealth in 1999 and Spearhead International (formerly Greens of Soham) in 1993. He was CEO between 2002 and 2016.
